1 Definitions & Interpretation

The following words and terms carry specific meanings throughout these terms and conditions. They are used with the same meaning across the entire document.

• "Platform" — The bet20 website (https://bet20.mom) and all services operated under it.
• "User" or "You" — Any person who has registered at bet20 or uses the platform.
• "Account" — A user's registered personal account at bet20.
• "Bonus" — Promotional credits or benefits granted by bet20.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The minimum bet amount required before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• "Taka" or "৳" — Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), the sole operating currency of the platform.

In this document, singular words also include the plural and plural words also include the singular, where the context makes it appropriate.

2 Eligibility & Registration

The following conditions must be met to create and use an account on the bet20 platform.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. bet20 may request relevant documents to verify age at any time.

2.2 One-Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, bet20 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit their balances.

2.3 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in account cancellation.

3 Account Management

3.1 Login Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Sharing login details with third parties is prohibited. bet20 will not be liable for theft of login information or unauthorized use.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

bet20 may request identity verification at any time. This may include a national ID card, passport, driving licence, or proof of payment method. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.

3.3 Account Suspension or Closure

• bet20 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account for any reason.
• The user may also request account closure.
• Upon account closure, any real money available (excluding bonuses) will be returned, provided no rule violations exist.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bet20 accepts only the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad and Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet). Deposits and withdrawals are not possible via any other method.

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. This time may increase if urgent identity verification or a security review is required.

4.4 General Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

• The deposit account and the withdrawal account must be in the same person's name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts and withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• bet20 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold while investigating suspicious transactions.
• All transactions will be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳).

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% bonus is available on your first deposit at bet20, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000; depositing ৳22,000 or more still gives a maximum bonus of ৳10,000, making the total ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the deposit amount.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses apply only to registered accounts.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• bet20 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• A single bonus offer is eligible to be claimed only once per person / family / household address / device.
• Bonuses may be cancelled if fraud or system manipulation is suspected.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Principles

The following rules apply to both sports betting and casino games at bet20.

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Attempting to gain abnormal profits by exploiting any technical error is prohibited.
• If bet20 detects suspicious betting patterns, it reserves the right to void the bets concerned.

6.2 Sports Betting

In sports betting, outcomes will be determined based on the official result of the relevant event. For incomplete or suspended events, bet20's specific policy will be followed.

6.3 Casino Games

Casino game outcomes are controlled by a certified random number generator (RNG). All games are operated in accordance with fair play principles.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bet20 and may result in immediate account closure.

• Money laundering or betting with funds obtained from illegal sources.
• Creating multiple accounts to collect bonus benefits.
• Attempting to hack, crack, or otherwise gain unauthorized access to the platform's software or systems.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place artificial bets.
• Misleading other users or providing fraudulent information.
• Any attempt to undermine the security of the platform.
• Managing betting for third parties or acting as an agent.

8 Responsible Gaming

bet20 gives the highest priority to responsible gaming. We believe that entertainment should be enjoyed within limits.

8.1 Self-Control Tools

• Setting deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly).
• Temporary or permanent self-exclusion.
• Taking a break from your account for a set period.

8.2 Protection of Minors

• For financial losses arising from gaming — each user plays at their own risk.

11 Amendment of Agreement

bet20 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time.

• Users will be notified by email or through a platform notice in the case of significant changes.
• Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered as the user's acceptance of the updated terms.
